We ship from our China and US warehouses depending on where the products are stored. Processing time usually takes 3 business days and standard shipping usually takes 10-12 days to US, Canada, Europe. Please visit our Shipping page for more details.

Processing time is prolonged on holidays especially during Chinese New Year and Chinese National Holiday in October, we will have announcements on homepage to notify you when it's happening.
