Steps to make a floating upside down iceberg candle:

1. pour water into an empty glass (preferably something similar to the images to ensure the opening is wide enough for the candle)

2. gently put the candle upside down into the water 

3. light it up and watch it burn in water

We proudly offer free standard shipping to most countries. A tracking number is sent to you via email once your order is being processed.

Total delivery time = processing + shipping (including custom clearance)

Processing takes 3 business days.

Note: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Auramma Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a refund.

Note: Anything that falls under "Fashion & Hair Accessories" is not refundable due to hygiene concerns, resends are available upon request approvals.

We only accept refund requests in the unfortunate accident of your item received in these conditions:

• damaged, scratched, broken
• incorrect item(s)
• incomplete item(s)

AND

If your items start wearing off within 30 days of order confirmation. (Not applicable to Fashion & Hair Accessories).

Please note that wrongly placed items are only eligible for a resend, but not a refund.

To start a refund request, you can send pictures of the item(s) you received and request for a refund at hello@auramma.com. If your request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please kindly allow a few days for it to clear.

Alternatively, you can ask us to resend the item(s) at free of charge. There's no need for you to send the item(s) back to us.

Note: Refund and resend requests are only communicated via email, all related messages sent on the chat box here or social channels will be asked to send via email.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, please contact us in the chat box or email us at hello@auramma.com if you have a change of heart or if you'd like to change a variant of an item within 24 hours upon order confirmation. Please note that shipped orders cannot be canceled.

I'm shopping for gifts, will I get my order in time?

Since we ship most of our products out of our China warehouse, we do not recommend shopping for last minute gifts here as shipping can take up to 2 weeks.

What happens if I entered shipping details incorrectly?

Don't worry, please send us the correct shipping details in the chat box or to hello@auramma.com with your order number and we will update it in the order, otherwise we're not held responsible if the order is undeliverable due to wrong shipping information and we will not be able to provide a reship for free.

Please note that shipping details can only be entered in English letters.

Tracking shows "delivered" but I never received it.

In the unfortunate event of your package getting possibly stolen or missing, we are not able to offer you a free replacement. We highly recommend you providing your phone number at checkout, so delivery company can contact you in case of an emergency. We will not spam you or contact you.
