Products & Order
Yes, an order confirmation is sent to you via email upon successful purchase.
No problem, please contact us at hello@auramma.com to cancel your order within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please note that we won't be able to cancel your order once it is being prepared for shipping.
Dimensions are stated in each product description, most of them are measured by hand in millimeters or centimeters, please give or take a few millimeters.
We currently do not offer personalized cards or special packaging for gifts.
Gifts cards are coming soon.
Don't worry, please send us the correct shipping details in the chat box or to hello@auramma.com with your order number and we will update it in the order, otherwise we're not held responsible if the order is undeliverable due to wrong shipping information and we will not be able to provide a reship for free.

Our products are designed and made in China.
Most of our products are made from durable materials such as TPU, acrylic, resin, faux leather.
We offer a 30-day refund or resend if the items you received start wearing off within 30 days of your order confirmation.
Shipping & Return
We certainly do! We currently provide free standard shipping to all major countries except for a few (including Belarus, Haiti, Myanmar, Venezuela), we will contact you if we're unable to ship to your country and provide a full refund.
We ship from our China and US warehouses depending on where the products are stored. Processing time usually takes 3 business days and standard shipping usually takes 10-12 days to US, UK, EU. Please visit our Shipping page for more details.
Processing time is prolonged on holidays especially during Chinese New Year and Chinese National Holiday in October, we will have announcements on homepage to notify you when it's happening.
Please take into consideration that delays are easier to happen now than ever, if you're shopping for gifts, we recommend buying them at least a month in advance and we're not held responsible for orders not arriving on expected dates.

Please email us at hello@auramma.com if you believe your package is lost, we will try our best to recover it for you. If the package is confirmed to be lost, you could ask us for a refund or a resend at free of charge.
In the unfortunate event of your package getting possibly stolen or missing, we are not able to offer you a free replacement. We highly recommend you providing your phone number at checkout, so delivery company can contact you in case of an emergency. We will not spam you or contact you.
Of course! We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after placing your order to request a refund.
Note: Anything that falls under "Fashion & Hair Accessories" is not refundable due to hygiene concerns, resends are available upon request approvals.
We only accept refund requests in the unfortunate accident of your item received in these conditions:
- damaged, scratched, broken
- incorrect item(s)
- incomplete item(s)
AND
If your items start wearing off within 30 days of order confirmation. (Not applicable to Fashion & Hair Accessories).
Please note that wrongly placed items are only eligible for a resend, but not a refund.
To start a refund request, you can send pictures of the item(s) you received and request for a refund at hello@auramma.com. If your request is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please kindly allow a few days for it to clear.
Alternatively, you can ask us to resend the item(s) at free of charge. There's no need for you to send the item(s) back to us.

Yes, we're not responsible for custom fees in your country should they require such fees.
