Shipping policy

PLEASE READ

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

International Shipping Rates and Estimates

We currently offer free standard worldwide shipping only.  

Destination	Estimated Shipping Time
US, UK, EU, UAE	Free standard: 9 to 12 business days
APAC	Free standard: 5 to 7 business days
Canada, Australia, NZ, India	Free standard: 2 to 3 weeks

 

Total Delivery Time = Processing + Shipping (Including Custom Clearance)

Due to the current global situation, carriers are not shipping to some countries. We will try our best to get the packages to everyone, but in the unfortunate event of this happening, we will send an apology email with a full refund to your original payment method.  

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Auramma Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@auramma.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are currently not shipping to P.O. boxes.
